Fence and watching tower at the Lebanese Israeli border on the Blue line 2km far from Arav Al-AramSha in Mateh Asher Regional Council on 14 January 2020. In the area there is not enough shelters in the houses that effects the most on elderly people, and children whom can not reach the public shelters in short notice. In 1992 the State of Israel changed the Civil Defense Law and since all houses has to build their own bomb shelters, instead of big public shelters. In 2006 190 rockets and missiles arrived to Shlomi council area, and now as they are preparing for the upcoming war, they need to build 1000 more shelters connected to privte houses.
